We Raised over $28,000 at our Annual Fundraiser!

Last Thursday, staff, leaders, community members, allies, and supporters gathered to celebrate Make the Road's accomplishments over the past year and raise money to sustain our work. Together we raised over $28,000! We are grateful to everyone who came out and supported us and donated to our work. We were left feeling energized after spending a night in community, where we sang, danced (HUGE THANKS to Sin Fronteras and Baila Con Gusto), and ate together, and where we celebrated and honored our community leaders through smiles, laughter and some tears. All of the money raised will go directly to our organizing campaigns, where we work to build community power and fight for immigrant rights, educational equity, youth justice, healthcare and housing for all. We truly couldn't do this work without our community and we are so grateful for your solidarity and love.
