We are happy to see our team growing! Please join us in welcoming Keyla Medina, Marlis Prieto & Yaniliz Rosario to the Make the Road Connecticut team.
Keyla is now our Operations and special projects manager. She is going to be responsible for overseeing the overall day-to-day operations for MRCT, this includes: managing the organization's offices, and administration, helping and creating organizational and fiscal management alignment in collaboration with the Executive Director, Development and Programs Director, and Organizing Director statewide.
Marlis Prieto is our first Communications & Digital Associate, responsible for internal and external communications within Connecticut. She will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team in developing and executing sophisticated media strategies to advance our legislative, community organizing, and electoral priorities and to tell our member’s stories to elected leaders and the broader progressive movement, as well a
s to enhance and develop our communications and digital marketing efforts. Yaniliz Rosario is our new Senior Organizer, who will be working closely with the youth committee team to develop different campaigns and strategies for the youth. She is looking forward to activating the youth in Bridgeport, CT, and developing the next generation of leaders in Connecticut.
